**Ingredients:**
Thyme (herb), Cinnamon rosehip (fruits), Large plantain (leaves), Common raspberry (fruits), Marshmallow (root).
The components of this blend have a mild anti-inflammatory, expectorant, and antitussive effect. It is also used during colds as a general tonic and as a rich source of vitamins.
**Thyme** has pronounced anti-inflammatory, expectorant, bronchodilatory, and mucus-thinning properties.
**Marshmallow root** is used in traditional medicine for respiratory diseases. An infusion of marshmallow root has a soothing, expectorant, coating, and anti-inflammatory effect.
**Rosehip fruits** are used during colds as a general strengthening agent and as a rich source of vitamins.
**Raspberry** has been used as a medicinal plant since ancient times for its diaphoretic and antipyretic effects, as it contains high amounts of organic acids, including ascorbic acid and salicylic acid (a precursor to aspirin), which are essential during cold illnesses.
**Plantain** has expectorant properties, helps expel mucus, and has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effects.
