License and Access

Your Account

Risk of loss

All purchases made on Gezone are subject to shipping, which means that the risk of loss passes to the carrier from the moment the item is handed over to him.

Return

Name of Product

Disputes

Any dispute or claim relating to your use of any Gezon Services shall be litigated in the courts of the State of Georgia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Gezone

The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including software updates or upgrades) and any related documentation that we provide to you in connection with the Gezone Services (“Gezone Software”).

1. Using Gezone software. You may use the Gezone Software only to enable you to use the Gezone Services provided by Gezone and in accordance with these Terms of Use and any Terms of Service.
