The herbs in the composition have detoxifying (blood-purifying) and choleretic properties. They improve food absorption and vitamin uptake, which may be disrupted by the life activities of parasites.
**Action of the herbs:**
- **Tansy** and **birch leaves** possess antiparasitic properties.
- **Senna** enhances bowel peristalsis, promoting the elimination of toxins and parasites from the body.
- **Elecampane** provides an anti-inflammatory effect and protects the mucous membranes of the digestive tract.
- **Oregano** and **Motherwort** have a mild sedative effect.
**Indications for use:**
- Helminth infections (both roundworms and flatworms)
- Parasitic diseases of the liver and gallbladder (hepatitis, cholecystitis due to giardiasis), opisthorchiasis

**Method of use:**
- **"Alfit-24" Morning:** Pour 0.5–1 cup of boiling water over 1 briquette. Infuse for 5–10 minutes. No "water bath" required. Take 0.5–1 cup of warm infusion in the morning, 30 minutes before meals.
- **"Alfit-24" Evening:** Take in the evening, 30 minutes before meals, following the same procedure. It has a mild sedative effect.
**For children under 10 years old**, the recommended dose is 1 tablespoon of the herbal infusion per year of life (for example, for a 4-year-old child, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of the infusion).
