www.gezone.ge is a multi-merchant online store that acts as an intermediary between the store and the customer. The stores on www.gezone.ge determine the conditions for returning the item, which are specified on the item description page. Please read these terms and conditions carefully when placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to the store's return policy.

In the event that the store's return policy is not posted on the item description page, the following conditions apply:

The item can be returned for any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt, unless:

  1. The price of the delivered item depends on the change in the financial market, which cannot be controlled by the seller of the item and which occurred during the period provided for the return;
  2. The item is made to the customer's individual order or is clearly tailored to his personal needs;
  3. The item is perishable or has a short shelf life;
  4. The item was hermetically sealed, its tightness was broken after delivery and, therefore, the item cannot be returned due to compliance with health or hygiene norms;
  5. The delivered item, due to its characteristics, was inseparably combined with other goods at the time of delivery;
  6. A sealed audio or video recording or software was delivered and its seal was broken after delivery;
  7. Magazines or other periodicals were delivered.
  8. The price of the item does not exceed 30 (thirty) GEL.

If the item is not in its original condition or is not presented with the accompanying documents, you will be refunded part of the price paid for the item. The amount of the return value is determined as a result of the evaluation of the condition of the item.

Fixing a request to return an item

If you want to return the item, you must make a request within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving the item.

To file a return request, you need to provide the following information: order date, order receipt date, customer name, customer address.

The www.gezone.ge representative will immediately contact the store representative and start the return procedure.

Transportation

In case of return of the item, the transportation of the item is provided by the customer.

The item must be shipped to the following address: ___________________________, during business hours (Monday to Friday, until 16:00 hours).

The cost of transporting the item is not borne by the customer only if the reason for returning the item is a factory defect or if it does not correspond to the order.

Return the value of the item

In any case, when returning the item, the refundable value will be credited to the balance of www.gezone.ge, unless you request the return of the paid value by another means (for example, cashless payment to a bank account). If the item was purchased with points or similar means, you will be refunded the points spent in the same way.

Refusal to return the item

The store may refuse to return an item due to an exception and/or other circumstances. We will inform you about this immediately.

If you have a claim, you can contact the store directly at the address indicated on www.gezone.ge.

Returning the item, while it was found to have a factory defect or it does not correspond to the characteristics indicated on www.gezone.ge

Please inspect the item carefully when placing your order to ensure that it is physically intact and fits your order. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have received a physically flawless item that matches your order. If, after receiving the order, you discover that the item has a manufacturing defect and/or other type of hidden defect, you have the right to contact us with a request for its return. You enjoy the same right even if the item does not have the features posted on the website.

In the event of a factory defect, we may need to refer you to an appropriate service center who will examine the item and issue a report. In the event that the factory defect of the item is confirmed, the item will be subject to return or we will act in accordance with the commercial warranty issued on the item (if any).
