The herbs in this blend help improve blood composition through their detoxifying and antiseptic properties, optimize the function of the liver, kidneys, and intestines, and enhance overall metabolism.
Nettle, due to its high chlorophyll content, improves blood parameters, primarily hemoglobin and red blood cell count.
Buckthorn boosts the activity of the digestive tract, aiding in the elimination of toxic substances.
Knotweed supports liver and kidney function.
Meadowsweet and Willowherb normalize blood microcirculation.
Motherwort in the evening blend has a calming effect.
Indications for use:
- Intoxication of various origins: medicinal (due to prolonged or extensive pharmacotherapy), alcohol-related (acute and chronic), nicotine-related;
- "Slagging" of the body due to an unbalanced diet or other factors;
- Excess weight.
Contraindications:

Recommended Daily Dose:
2 briquettes (1 briquette in the morning – "Alfit-23 Morning", 1 briquette in the evening – "Alfit-23 Evening"). The set is designed for 1 month of use.
Instructions for Use:
- **"Alfit-23 Morning"**: Pour 0.5–1 cup of boiling water over 1 briquette. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes. No "water bath" is required. Take 0.5–1 cup of warm infusion in the morning, 30 minutes before meals.
- **"Alfit-23 Evening"**: Take in the evening, 30 minutes before meals, following the same instructions. It has a mild sedative effect.
For children under 10 years old, it is recommended to take 1 tablespoon of the infusion per year of age (for example, for a 4-year-old child, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of infusion).
Recommended Course of Treatment:
1–3 months, 1–2 times a year.
