"ALFIT-17" HYPOTENSIVE**
**Morning Composition:**
Hawthorn (Crataegus sanguinea, fruits), Oregano (Origanum vulgare), Bird's-foot Trefoil (Polygonum aviculare, herbs), Japanese Sophora (Sophora japonica).
**Evening Composition:**
Hawthorn (Crataegus sanguinea, fruits), Oregano (Origanum vulgare), Bird's-foot Trefoil (Polygonum aviculare, herbs), Japanese Sophora (Sophora japonica), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca).
The herbs in the composition have hypotensive, spasmolytic, and sedative effects.
Oregano, hawthorn, and motherwort have a mild hypotensive and calming effect.
Japanese Sophora and chamomile exhibit spasmolytic effects, reducing the increased tone of the vascular walls.
Bird's-foot trefoil stimulates kidney function, which also helps normalize blood pressure.
Motherwort in the evening blend acts as a sedative.
**Indications for Use:**
- Used in the complex treatment of arterial and symptomatic hypertension, as well as for reducing hypertension of any etiology.
- Can be used as a mild spasmolytic for gastrointestinal and renal colic.
**Contraindications:**
- Individual intolerance to the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.
**Daily Dose:**
- 2 briquettes (1 briquette – morning ("Alfit-17" morning), 1 briquette – evening ("Alfit-17" evening)). The set is designed for a 1-month course.
**Method of Use:**
- **"Alfit-17" Morning:** Pour 0.5–1 cup of boiling water over 1 briquette. Infuse for 5–10 minutes. A "water bath" is not required. Take in the morning, 0.5–1 cup of warm infusion 30 minutes before meals.
- **"Alfit-17" Evening:** Use in the evening, 30 minutes before meals, following the same procedure. It has a mild sedative effect.
**For children under 10 years old, the recommended dose is 1 tablespoon of the herbal infusion per year of life (e.g., for a 4-year-old child, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of the infusion).**
**Recommended Course Duration:**
