The herbs in the composition have a beneficial effect on functional disorders of the central nervous system (CNS) and the autonomic nervous system during the climacteric period. They have a calming effect, improve sleep, increase work capacity, regulate mineral metabolism, and enhance heart activity. They also have a diuretic effect.
The components of the blend normalize functional disorders of the central and autonomic nervous systems, reducing the frequency and intensity of so-called "hot flashes."
Hop acts as a source of natural estrogen-like substances (since estrogen levels sharply decline during the climacteric period).
Fennel helps prevent fluid retention (a common symptom of the climacteric syndrome).
Peony and hop have a pronounced calming effect, which is necessary in the pathological course of the climacteric period.
Hawthorn has a sedative, hypotensive, and cardiotonic effect, as well as a calming influence on the central nervous system.
If needed, the blend can be combined with medication.

Recommended Daily Dose:
2 briquettes (1 briquette in the morning – "Alfit-13 Morning", 1 briquette in the evening – "Alfit-13 Evening"). The set is designed for 1 month of use.
Instructions for Use:
- **"Alfit-13 Morning"**: Pour 0.5–1 cup of boiling water over 1 briquette. Infuse for 5–10 minutes. No need for a "water bath." Take in the morning, 0.5–1 cup of warm infusion, 30 minutes before meals.
- **"Alfit-13 Evening"**: Use in the evening, 30 minutes before meals, following the same instructions. Has a mild sedative effect.
For children under 10 years, it is recommended to take 1 tablespoon of the infusion per year of age (e.g., for a 4-year-old child, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of infusion).
Recommended course of treatment:
1–3 months, 1–2 times a year.
