**Morning Formula**
Hawthorn (Crataegus sanguinea) berries, motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), oregano (Origanum vulgare), spring adonis (Adonis vernalis), common knotweed (Polygonum aviculare), valerian (Valeriana officinalis), field horsetail (Equisetum arvense).
**Evening Formula**
Hawthorn (Crataegus sanguinea) berries, motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), oregano (Origanum vulgare), spring adonis (Adonis vernalis), common knotweed (Polygonum aviculare), valerian (Valeriana officinalis).
The herbs in this formula improve metabolic processes in the myocardium and coronary circulation. They have a mild cardiotonic, diuretic, sedative, and hypotensive effect.
The main components of the collection – hawthorn and motherwort – influence the primary mechanisms that optimize heart function. They improve nutrition and regulate heart rhythm.
Spring adonis is used as a cardiotonic, sedative, and diuretic agent.
Diuretic herbs – knotweed and horsetail – relieve the heart by reducing the volume of circulating blood.

**Indications for Use:**

**Daily Dose:**

**How to Use:**
**Alfit-12 Morning:** Pour 0.5–1 cup of boiling water over 1 brick. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes. No "water bath" is required. Take in the morning, 0.5–1 cup of warm infusion 30 minutes before meals.
**Alfit-12 Evening:** Take in the evening, 30 minutes before meals, using the same procedure. It has a mild sedative effect.
For children under 10 years old, it is recommended to take 1 tablespoon of the infusion per year of age (e.g., if the child is 4 years old, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of the infusion).
**Recommended Course of Treatment:**
