This blend is particularly helpful for conditions such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, and other respiratory disorders.
**Indications for use**:

**Daily dosage**:

**How to use**:
- **"Alfit-11" morning**: Pour 0.5–1 cup of boiling water over 1 brick. Steep for 5–10 minutes. No "water bath" is required. Drink 0.5–1 cup of warm infusion 30 minutes before meals.
- **"Alfit-11" evening**: Take in the evening 30 minutes before meals following the same instructions. It has a mild calming effect.
For children under 10 years old, it is recommended to take 1 tablespoon of the infusion per year of life (e.g., for a 4-year-old child, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of the infusion).
**Recommended course**:
1–3 months, 1–2 times a year.
