**Golden Root** activates the adaptive mechanisms of the hypothalamic-pituitary system, while **Licorice** supports the adrenal glands.
**Nettle** improves blood parameters and contains the highest amount of chlorophyll, a substance closely related to hemoglobin.
**Chaga** is known for its strong general strengthening effect, improving the condition of cancer patients, even at stage IV of the disease.
**Peony** has a pronounced anti-stress effect, stabilizing the nervous system and optimizing the action of the entire blend.
**Indications for use:**
- An additional general strengthening component in the treatment of cancer patients at all stages.
- A rehabilitation remedy after illnesses and surgeries.
- A metabolic regulator (particularly recommended for diabetes and diatheses).
- A mild corrector for immune deficiency states (especially recommended for children who are frequently ill).
- A mild anti-stress remedy.
- For mastopathy, fibroids, chronic gynecological diseases, and prostatitis in men.
**Contraindications:**
- Individual intolerance to any component.
- Pregnancy.

**Daily Dosage:**
- 2 briquettes (1 briquette in the morning - "Alfit-1 Morning," 1 briquette in the evening - "Alfit-1 Evening"). The set is designed for a 1-month course.
**How to use:**
- **"Alfit-1 Morning"**: Pour 0.5–1 cup of boiling water over 1 briquette. Steep for 5–10 minutes. No "water bath" required. Take in the morning, 0.5–1 cup of warm infusion 30 minutes before meals.
- **"Alfit-1 Evening"**: Use in the evening, 30 minutes before meals, following the same scheme. It has a mild sedative effect.
For children under 10 years of age, it is advisable to take 1 tablespoon of infusion per year of life (for example, for a 4-year-old child, the recommended dose is 4 tablespoons of infusion).
