Terms of delivery and pickup of orders:

• Delivery is made only for the goods included in the order. Transportation of several goods in order to select one of them at the place of delivery is not performed.
• Delivery to the specified address obliges the buyer to be at the place at the time agreed the day before.
• Delivery is carried out by our own courier service or by a contracting organization.
• Delivery is carried out to the premises and places specified by the buyer, provided that there are no objects cluttering the aisles and the distance between the goods in the package and the opening (door, corridor) is not less than 5 cm.
• If the conditions in the premises specified by the buyer prevent the delivery of the goods or may cause damage to the goods, the goods shall be delivered by courier to the nearest place with suitable (listed above) conditions. Couriers do not clean the area of obstructing objects and do not move objects in the apartment.
• It is not the responsibility of the couriers to advise on the operation and characteristics of the goods, its installation and customization. If necessary, information about the product can be obtained on the website or in the call center.
• The factory packaging of the goods is not opened before delivery to the buyer.
